Cyclonic Dust Separation

The bag house separate the air from the dust in large quantities. often the heavy dust concentrate is then conveyed pneumatically to a truck or dumpster load out station. The heavy concentrate of dust is then separated further by the cyclone’s centrifugal force. Another application of a cyclone is when collecting wood chips or shavings that are non res-portable. The cyclonic separation of the dust from the air is often efficient enough to use the low maintenance cyclone in place of the bag house.

We have several wood processing and assembly factories which have dust evacuation systems. We have relied on Jim Clark and his Team for all of our dust system needs. They have always been a pleasure to work with and have proven to me that they truly care about the quality of products and services.
